The entire process takes place in three steps:

  2. personal or online viewing

  3. legal process and transfer of ownership

Is it possible to buy property remotely?

Yes. We offer online tours and detailed property inspections. However, we recommend a personal visit to the island for at least 7 days, during which we will help you with everything.

What needs to be checked before buying a property?

  • noise levels, surroundings, and community rules

  • debt-free status and legal status

  • the real market price and profitability

  • expected costs for repairs or equipment

This gives you a complete picture that a regular ad does not offer.

How much do all the fees add to the price of the property?

Approximately 11% must be added to the price of the property, which includes taxes, fees, commissions, and legal services.

Do you provide services after the purchase of the property?

Yes. We offer property management, rental, and maintenance services during your absence. Our cooperation does not end with the purchase.

What is the weather like in Tenerife throughout the year?

The weather here is very stable. The south of the island has a pleasant climate all year round, without extreme heat or cold. There is no need for heating or air conditioning, and swimming in the sea is possible almost every day.
