Assistance during your stay in Tenerife
If you arrive in person:

We recommend a minimum stay of 7 days to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
High-quality properties are only available on the market for a short time. In order to show you only those that are currently available, we will prepare a tailor-made selection for you 10 days before your arrival.
How much does it cost to buy a property?
Approximately 11% must be added to the price of the property, which includes:

notary and legal fees

commission and other costs
We will always explain everything to you transparently in advance.
When it comes to financing, we will be happy to help you navigate the options. If you are considering a loan, an American mortgage is a particularly good option. It is the ideal choice if you already own another property in the Czech Republic that you can use as collateral. This will give you cash that you can use as you wish for a purchase abroad.
Mortgage without borders (ČSOB): We have had good experiences with this product, which is designed specifically for the purchase of real estate in certain foreign destinations. You can handle the entire process with your bank in Czechia.
The easiest way for Slovak clients remains to pledge real estate in Slovakia and draw on a non-purpose loan, a so-called American mortgage. The advantage is that the bank does not examine the purpose of the funds, so you can use them to finance the purchase of real estate in Spain as you wish.
