Principles of personal data processing

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

identification data: name, surname, title, date of birth, social security number (if assigned), marital status, including any adjustment of the scope of joint property of the spouses,

contact details of the client: telephone number, e-mail address, address of permanent residence or other place of residence in the Czech Republic, correspondence address (if it is different from the address of permanent residence),

natural person doing business - business firm, distinguishing addendum, place of business, ID number, tax identification number

data processed for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from Act. No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds from criminal activities and the financing of terrorism: place of birth, citizenship, gender, type and number of identity card, state/authority that issued the identity card, period of validity of the identity card
The above data are necessary for us to prepare contractual documents with our clients; therefore, as our client, you provide such data to us voluntarily for this purpose. In the event that we would like to use this data for a purpose other than the activity resulting from our contractual relationship with you, or to fulfill our obligations arising from legal regulations, we need your consent to process your data.
In addition to the above data, we also collect cookies and other web analysis tools that automatically obtain information about you when you use the www.realspektrum.cz website. These data include, for example:

We keep personal data only for the time necessary to implement the business relationship or provide the service; in the case of consent to the processing of personal data, then for the period specified in this consent.
TO WHICH THIRD PARTIES WE PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data as an administrator through our employees or through third parties - processors, all this to ensure a high level of security of our clients' personal data.

We also transfer personal data to third parties for the purpose of protecting our rights and legally protected interests (e.g. to our cooperating law firms). In this case, the scope of personal data provided will be limited to the data necessary for the successful application of our claim.

At the request of the client, we will also provide his personal data to other third parties, but always to the extent strictly necessary and only in connection with the services that are necessary for our company or these third parties will provide for the client. This is, for example, our collaborating expert for the purpose of preparing an expert opinion on the price of real estate or a financial advisor for the purpose of processing an offer for financing the purchase of real estate, etc.
HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

We process and store personal data in electronic form by means of computer technology, as well as in paper form.

We store the personal data of clients in paper and electronic form in the office premises of our company, where access to unauthorized persons is prohibited by the usual means (locked doors, personal supervision of company employees, etc.). Access to personal data is limited only to company employees and the aforementioned workers. All such persons are bound by statutory or contractual confidentiality.

Access to the client's personal data is also protected by a system of access passwords and rights.
